This section will offer a multitude of drills and exercises to utilize the uniqueness of various playgrounds and the lines of tennis, basketball and other common courts found in schools and outside recreational facilities.

Fitness in a Bag will offer athletes opportunities to take their training with them. Various bags will contain equipment that is portable and easy to use, and will fit into a drawstring bag.

As an athlete on the field, it was truly a blessing to have Rob Pacas as a coach. You can’t find someone with more passion than Pac. I had a torn ACL in Grade 12, and I thought of hanging up the cleats, but Pac cared enough to steer me through the tough times, and come back for one final year, and that year got me to where I am today.
